With everyone getting into fitness these days we realised there was a gap in the market for an online guide for fitness that covered anything and everything to do with getting fit and fitness in Perth. Our plan is to make the fitness Perth site the most visited health and fitness website in Perth.
Whilst we are brainstorming ideas on what to showcase on the site we'd like you to help us decide on what content, features and functions you'd like to see on fitness Perth.
Some of the ideas that people have submitted so far have been great, some original and some well, not so original. One person suggested that fitness Perth become a health and fitness directory that lists fitness clubs and gyms in Perth. Not a bad idea we thought but really not what we think the site should be about. There are too many gym directory websites out there anyway that promote local gyms and fitness centres in Perth.
Although we do like the idea of running a gym directory we think we'd much rather the site be about all types of fitness not just gyms. Perth residents love sport and fitness so we though why not do a fitness website about sport and fitness in general with articles featuring the latest fitness crazes, new fitness equipment in the market and fitness and weight loss before and after photos. We also received a suggestion that fitness Perth should be used to promote the up coming olympic games in England and showcase Perth athletes competing in the games. Not a bad idea but we are wondering what may become of the site after the games.
One person said we should list all the available fitness equipment and gym equipment you can buy in Perth, you know home gyms, treadmills for sale, rowing machines etc. We even had a few people say fitness Perth should be about success stories from Perth personal trainers and their clients, now that's a good idea!
Well for now we are still mashing around in our minds what to do with fitness Perth, and it seems we may have a little way to go before the right use for the site becomes clear.
